Once the account is created, just go to your Google Tag Manager account and choose “Tags” -> “New”. Then choose Google Analytics and select Universal or Classic in this section.

Define the Triggers
Activate "trigger" so Google Tag Manager knows when to fire this tag. Then choose All Pages to fire all the triggers already set up on your sites.
Set up and name the tag
- After choosing "All Page", choose "Create tag" to name the new tag. The name depends on how you manage things. Use whatever is easy for you to remember and recognize.
