MONA does not use AI indiscriminately when making business videos
The same job goes by different names: AI video editing, AI video creation or AI video production services. The name matters less than how it is done. The market has AI video services at 500,000 VND each: type a few lines of description, let the machine generate frames, export the file and hand it to the client. It looks novel, but show it to employees and partners and everyone can tell right away it was made by a machine.
We do not work that way. In MONA's AI video service , the machine is only given the parts it does better than people. The rest is still done by MONA's people, just as we have made TV commercials and company introduction films for many years.
Three jobs we give to AI
- Rebuilding lost settings. The first workshop, the old shop, the street as it was back then. Where there is nothing left to film, AI rebuilds it from the descriptions of the people who were there.
- Illustration and atmosphere shots. Instead of unfamiliar foreign stock footage, we build scenes that match your industry.
- Repetitive work. Background removal, noise reduction, and short cuts in multiple aspect ratios for each channel.
Three jobs we do not give to AI
- The script. Written from interviews with the people involved, not taken from a ready-made template with the company name filled in.
- Faces and identifying details. AI still gets text in the image wrong and distorts hands, so for this part we film for real or use the company's real archive footage.
- Pacing, color and sound. MONA's editors, colorists and sound designers work on each scene by hand, rather than hitting export and handing over the file.
MONA's core team holds the backbone, and for any step that needs a specialist, we bring in the right person
To put it plainly: no film studio does every step in-house, and neither does MONA. The difference lies in what we keep in-house and what we bring in from outside.
The steps that decide whether a film is good or bad stay with MONA's core team: listening to the client's story, writing the script, building scenes with AI, editing, color grading and sound. The studio in the company's own building, the cameras, lights, gimbals and drones all belong to MONA.
Actors, models, film crews in distant provinces or specialized equipment we bring in from a network of collaborators we have worked with for many years. Anyone can do the work, but the point of contact and final responsibility remain with MONA. Our account manager keeps the schedule, and every cut is reviewed by the core team before it reaches you. If something is wrong, MONA fixes it, with no passing the buck.
- AccountListening to requirements, keeping the schedule, reporting at each stage

- Post-delivery supportExtra short cuts, subtitle fixes, additional export formats
- Actors, modelsChosen to fit the role and your industry; MONA handles casting and pays the fees

MONA was making business films before AI existed
What decides whether a business story film is good lies in the person who knows what to tell and what to leave out, more than in the tools. That takes many years to learn.
MONA was founded in 2016 and has worked on all kinds of visual projects for Vietnamese businesses. From TVCs, company introduction videos, documentaries and event videos to company profile photo shoots. AI is just a new tool in the hands of a team already used to telling stories with images.

Make AI videos yourself or hire an AI video service?
Tools today are cheap and easy, and anyone can make an AI video in an afternoon. The real question is when doing it yourself is good enough and when you should hire someone.
Doing it yourself is enough when
- You need a 5 to 15 second clip to post on your fanpage or promote a sale.
- You want to turn existing product photos into a short video with gentle motion.
- The content is short, one scene, with no character appearing again and again.
- If you want to try it first, read the article AI video tools for beginners to learn 3 ways to get started, or see free AI video creation tools to choose software.
You should hire when
- It is a long film with many scenes, and characters must keep the same face and setting throughout.
- There is Vietnamese text on screen. Machines often break the diacritics, so each spot must be fixed by hand.
- Old, blurry, scratched or underexposed archive footage needs restoring to work on a big screen.
- The film will be shown to customers, partners or at an anniversary event, where one wrong detail is embarrassing.
In short: make AI videos yourself for casual posts. A film that represents your company in front of others should have a professional behind it.
Using AI flexibly so every dong you spend goes further
When making videos with AI, we do not try to force AI into every step, nor avoid it to look handmade. The principle is simple: where AI is faster and more accurate, let AI do it; where the machine does poorly, people do it.
In the past, money had to go into rebuilding sets or hiring a crew to film illustration shots. Now that money can go into the script and post-production, which is where the audience actually feels it.
The Nhựa Đại Đồng Tiến film at the top of the page is the clearest example of this approach. The meeting and the factory in 1983 are the company's real archive footage. The parts for which nobody had kept a single frame, we rebuilt. If you would like to hear how your company's story would look on film, call 1900 636 648. We answer the phone from 8am to 10pm every day. You can also see more films we have made at MONA Video or read the article AI video tools for beginners if you want to try it yourself first.
Videos MONA has made for clients, watch them directly on YouTube
MONA was filming for clients long before AI: TVCs, business films, product videos, event videos. AI is just one more tool in the kit, while the storytelling skill is still something built up over more than 14,000 projects. Below are a few notable films across many industries; you can see the full library at MONA Video, or see only the category shooting TV commercials and company introduction filming.
TVC introducing the EnbiSpa beauty spa
Kim Thành motorbike parts, a film on 3 years working with MONA
ChaangChiia, a factory making export Christmas trees
Software handover video for the Ngọc Thành gold shop
Behind the scenes of a MONA company profile photo shoot
Brand introduction film for MONA Host
A library of real photo and video footage, so AI learns the true character of your company
Whether an AI video is good or bad depends on the source material you feed it. Give AI a few blurry photos and you get a soulless film; give it a well-shot set of material and the rebuilt scenes look like your company down to every signboard. MONA has its own studio and a photo and video crew out on projects every week, so we produce this source material ourselves instead of buying stock. See also our service for product photography, company profile photography and factory photography if you want to have this material made too.

Making company videos with AI for each industry
Each industry has its own way of telling a story: a spa needs customers to see cleanliness and feel at ease, a factory needs partners to see its scale, fashion needs every frame to look good. MONA's advantage is that we have filmed for almost every industry, so when we build with AI we already have material from that industry to get it right instead of guessing.
Spa, beautySpa TVCs, treatment videos, before-and-after clips
Restaurants, foodFood videos, factory films that meet disclosure standards
Real estateProject films, show unit videos, progress clips
FashionLookbook videos, seasonal collection clips
Furniture, manufacturingFactory films, production process videos
Gold, silver, jewelryClose-up product videos, gift set clips
Events, openingsEvent recap videos, opening clips
Shops, retailBrand films, store introduction videos
If your industry is not in the images above, that is fine: education, clinics, travel, automotive, cosmetics and logistics clients have all worked with MONA. Just tell us your industry and the purpose of the video, and we will pull out a project from the same industry as a sample before quoting.
AI video production pricing: where the money goes and what can be cut
The price of a video sits in four cost blocks: settings, people, filming days and post-production. Making it with AI is not a magic discount; it only cuts the blocks that a machine can do instead. Look at this table and you can work out roughly where your video falls:
| Cost item | Traditional staged shoot | Made with AI at MONA |
|---|---|---|
| Settings, film sets | Renting locations, building sets, moving the whole crew | AI builds them from a description, with no filming day needed |
| Actors, characters | Casting, fees charged per session | AI characters, or your company's own people |
| Filming days | 2 to 5 days for a long film | Only filming the parts that should be real: interviews, factories, products |
| Post-production, cuts | Each extra cut is charged separately | Short cuts for each channel included in the package |
Ad videos, TikTok clips, sales videos. The cost is a few million dong, many times cheaper than a full shoot, delivered within a few days.
Company introduction videos, product videos, recruitment videos. Usually about half the cost of an equivalent staged shoot, because settings and filming days are cut.
Brand films like the Nhựa Đại Đồng Tiến one at the top of the page. About a third of the cost of a traditional film, and able to rebuild entire periods with no archive footage left.
The price is set by the script: how many minutes, how many AI-built scenes, how many real scenes. Send your request and you get a detailed quote within 24 hours, and MONA keeps the principle it has held since 2016: the price we agree on is the price you pay, with no extras along the way. Call 1900 636 648 to tell us about the video you need.

a business story film

- A story film tells the journey a business has been through, usually runs 3 to 20 minutes and can be used for many years. A shooting TV commercials sells one product in 15 to 30 seconds, and once the campaign ends, so does its role. If you need to push sales fast, make a TVC; if you want people to understand and remember your company, make a story film.
- It can still be done. Wherever old photos, videos or documents remain, we use the real archive directly, even blurry files or ones shot on old cameras. Where nothing remains, we rebuild it with AI from the accounts of the people who were there: the factory in its early days, the old shop, the street as it was back then. In the Nhựa Đại Đồng Tiến film, the scene of the small workshop in District 5 in 1983 was built exactly this way.
- They can if it is done carelessly. AI video tools today are very good at building settings, illustration scenes and atmosphere shots, but text appearing in the image is often wrong, and close-up faces and hands are sometimes still distorted. We let AI do exactly what it is good at, and use real footage or manual fixes in post-production for close-ups of faces and details that must be accurate.
- Yes, and the script is the first thing we do, not the last. Every business story film starts with a 2 to 3 hour interview with the people involved, usually the business owner or the person who has been there longest. Only after that session do we settle the storyline: where it opens, where it stumbles, how it ends.
- Usually 2 to 4 weeks for a film of 8 to 20 minutes, counted from when the interview is done. Short 3 to 5 minute films are faster. The timeline depends mostly on the number of scenes to rebuild and how quickly your side reviews.
- You can, and you should do it yourself for short one-scene clips to post on your fanpage. Where doing it yourself tends to struggle is long films with many scenes, characters whose faces change between scenes, Vietnamese text on screen with broken diacritics, and old archive material that needs restoring. For a film shown to customers or partners, you should hire an AI video service so someone takes responsibility for every scene.
- There is no single price, because the price depends on length and on the ratio of AI-built scenes to real footage. Short one-scene clips cost a few million dong. A long story film usually costs about a third of an equivalent staged shoot, because film sets, actors and filming days are cut. Send your request and you get a detailed quote within 24 hours, and the price we agree on is the price you pay.
- Yes. The platforms only crack down on AI content that fakes real people to deceive viewers, while business videos made with AI still run as ads normally. We export the right size for each channel and declare AI content according to each platform's rules, and so far none of the AI videos we made for clients running ads has been blocked for using AI.
- The AI scenes in the film are built specifically from each client's script, not taken from a shared library, so two companies will never use the same scene as can happen with stock footage. Music is licensed. All delivered files belong to your company to use, including the source files for recutting later.
