Purpose and scope of information collection

Members' personal information may be used by us for the following lawful purposes:

• To confirm orders when a customer wants to buy any product on the website
• To send notifications and run advertising and PR programs for new services used on the website
  • To provide information about services by email.
  • To analyse customers' consumption trends, in order to build new services or improve existing ones.
  • To contact members when we survey customer information, run promotions, or exchange views on reviews and comments.
  • To answer customer questions: when members have a question, we will reply by email, phone or by mail to the member's address.

Scope of information use

We commit to using information internally only, for the purposes stated.

Information retention period

We will store the personal information provided by Customers on our internal systems while providing services to the Customer, or until the purpose of collection is fulfilled, or when the Customer requests deletion of the information provided.

Commitment to protecting customers' personal information

Customer information is kept strictly confidential under our personal information protection policy. Each customer's information is collected and used only with that customer's consent, except where we are required to provide it at the request of the competent authorities. We do not use, transfer, provide or disclose members' personal information to any third party without the member's consent. If the server storing the information is attacked by hackers, causing loss of members' personal data, the website administrators will report the incident to the competent authorities for prompt investigation and handling and will notify members. If a customer finds that their personal information has been misused or compromised, they can file a complaint through our customer care channel. On receiving a member's complaint, we will take every necessary measure to stop further infringement of that personal information and will provide support to protect the customer's legitimate rights and interests. Customers have the right to complain to the website's administrators about personal information being disclosed to third parties. On receiving such feedback, we will verify the information, explain the reason and guide the member in recovering and re-securing their information.

Using our Services

You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services.

• Do not misuse our Services. For example, do not interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
• Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. Do not remove, obscure or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.

Privacy and copyright protection

• Mona Media's privacy policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that Mona Media can use such data in accordance with our privacy policy.
• We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and terminate accounts of repeat infringers according to the process set out in Vietnam's Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
• We provide information to help copyright holders manage their intellectual property online. If you think somebody is violating your copyrights and want to notify us, you can find information about submitting notices and Mona's policy about responding to notices in our Help Center.

Modifying and terminating our Services

• We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.
• You can stop using our Services at any time, although we'll be sorry to see you go. Mona Media may also stop providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.
• We believe that you own your data and that preserving your access to such data is important. If we discontinue a Service, where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to get information out of that Service.

Payment terms and methods

• For Mona Media contracts, we take a 50% deposit of the contract value to cover project costs. After the project is completed, we collect the remaining 50% as stated in the contract.
• Every payment to Mona Media comes with a full receipt, so customers can be confident.
• For any additional services outside the contract, we will discuss them with you and they will be paid in a single payment after the project is completed.

Warranty/maintenance policy

• Every product made by Mona Media comes with a 12-month warranty from the project handover date. We only cover errors caused on our side, such as code errors; for unrelated issues, we will suggest how you can fix them.
• Warranty response time is no more than 24 hours from when we receive your information, excluding public holidays. We communicate by email or online chat tools.
