Nam Phú Thịnh Express is a road freight company founded in 2008, headquartered in Ho Nai Ward, Dong Nai, running dedicated North – South routes. More than 100 trucks from 1 to 15 tons plus 45-foot containers pick up goods in Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai and Binh Duong and deliver to Hanoi, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, Da Nang, Nghe An and Binh Dinh. The company handles less-than-truckload and full-truckload shipments, truck rental, construction cargo, and transport contracts with businesses.

MONA designed and developed Nam Phú Thịnh Express's website on WordPress. The site answers upfront the three questions shippers ask first: does the truck run my route, how many days to arrive, roughly how much, and then puts a quote form at the bottom of every page so customers can send a request right away.

The challenge

Routes, transit days and per-kg prices are on the page before customers even call

Shippers looking for a North – South carrier usually call three or four companies, and each one has to answer the same questions again: do you run this route, how many days, how much per kilo. The Nam Phú Thịnh website answers all three upfront, so the first call goes straight to the specific shipment.

The Routes page lays out ten featured routes as cards and as a table, each with the estimated transit time and the type of shipping accepted, such as Dong Nai to Hanoi in 2 to 3 days and Dong Nai to Da Nang in 1 to 2 days. The Pricing page lists reference prices for each route in both units shippers usually use, Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi from 2,000 VND/kg or from 500,000 VND/cubic meter.

The quote form asks exactly what the carrier needs to calculate the freight: phone number, origin, destination, weight in kg, cubic meters or packages, and quantity. The form sits at the bottom of every page, and on phones there are also floating call and Zalo buttons on the right edge, so customers can get in touch wherever they are on the page.
