Gia Bảo Luxhome Trading Co., Ltd. is headquartered at 100 Hong Do, Tu Liem, Hanoi, with a branch in the Van Phuc urban area, Ho Chi Minh City. Gia Bảo sells kitchen and home appliances imported from Europe, Japan and Korea: Philips and Liberty smart safes, smart door locks, Miele and Bosch dishwashers, Liebherr refrigerators, De'Longhi and Smeg coffee machines, Dyson air purifiers and LG Styler steam closets.

MONA designed and developed an e-commerce website for Gia Bảo Luxhome on WordPress. Products are grouped by area of the home (doors and security, kitchen, laundry room, air, floors), then filtered further by brand and by feature, so shoppers can find the exact safe or lock that has everything they need.

The challenge

The showroom price and the online price sit side by side on every product

Gia Bảo Luxhome's product pages put two price boxes side by side so shoppers can compare for themselves: the Philips SBX102 mini safe costs 11,000,000 VND at the showroom and 7,700,000 VND online with free delivery and installation, and the online price box states the saving outright: 3,300,000 VND.

Right below the price, the benefits are listed line by line: delivery, nationwide installation, 1-for-1 exchange within 30 days for manufacturer defects, 2-year in-home warranty, full VAT invoice and CO/CQ. The two buttons at the bottom are buy online at the discounted price and chat on Zalo for advice.

For safes and door locks, features are what shoppers compare most. Product cards carry ready-made chips such as fingerprint, Wi-Fi app, fireproof, jewelry compartment and watch compartment, and category pages have a filter for each of those features, from Bluetooth, face recognition and key card to remote.
