Panel Home

Panel Home Co., Ltd manufactures and installs thermal insulation, soundproof and fire-resistant panels for factories, cold storage, cleanrooms and prefab buildings. Two factories with a total area of 15,000m² in Bac Ninh and Hanoi run 90% automated lines on machines imported from Europe, producing panels with EPS, PU/PIR, rock wool and glass wool cores, along with panel doors, accessories and bamboo charcoal wall panels. Panel Home's installation team has done ceilings and walls for the VinFast Hai Phong factory, the Vinaken factory, Vinh Phuc General Hospital and many cosmetic and pharmaceutical cleanrooms.

MONA designed and developed a bilingual Vietnamese – English website for Panel Home on WordPress. The site serves two kinds of clients: project owners who need to look up the right panel type and specs, and partners who need to see the factory and past installations before sending an invitation to tender.

The challenge

Every panel comes with its technical specs and the projects that used it

Panel buyers are engineers, contractors and factory owners. They need to know the thickness, panel width, insulation core and density, then they need to see where that panel type has been installed. The Panel Home website shows both right on each product's detail page.

Each product page has a spec table written cell by cell: the rock wool panel lists a thickness of 50 to 200mm, an effective width of 1065mm, a maximum length of 18,000mm and a rockwool density of 60 to 120kg/m³. Right below is a section on projects that used the product, linking straight to the VinFast Hai Phong, Vinaken and One One rice cracker factory project pages, so engineers can check without having to call and ask again.

Factory capacity and projects are put on the home page as numbers: two factories totaling 15,000m², 90% automated lines, and a map of Vietnam marking each project with its area and completion time, such as the 4,388.52m² Đông A Thiên Phát cosmetics cleanroom built in 30 days. The project library filters by three types of work — panel installation, prefab buildings, cleanrooms — so clients can find projects like their own. Everything has an English version for foreign partners.
