How do you showcase every part of VCN World to parents through the website?

On the earlier Maple Bear website project, the photos of the school environment were not detailed enough. Yet this is one of parents' biggest concerns when they entrust their children to a school, especially a preschool, where children are still too young to tell right from wrong.

That is why the client wanted to work with MONA, an education website design company with deep experience, an understanding of parents' mindset, and the ability to integrate supporting solutions such as preschool management software, to make running the school more professional.

MONA and VCN World paid special
attention to how young children feel

Although parents are the ones buying the service, the ones who go to school every day and use it are the children, innocent little angels. That is also why we proposed building a website suited to the children's own age.

Bringing everything into 3D

Everything is rendered in 3D, with chubby, rounded 3D lettering that feels light, sweet and cute.

A light pink tone runs across the whole website, blended with images and effects to create a sweet, warm experience for parents.

Soft design details

The whole design uses soft shapes and backgrounds, giving it a friendly feel that suits young children.

A well-structured sitemap that guides parents and gives them clear information

Based on careful research, we found that parents care most about the curriculum, admissions, and images of the children's learning environment... So we built the website with the sitemap below to make information easier for parents to follow.

Giving parents a complete,
detailed view of VCN World

MONA was the first choice because MONA always researches clients thoroughly before meeting them. The website the client needed had to show the school's interior in detail, from classrooms to play areas, meals and the children's daily activities. There was no better solution than bringing everything into 3D, something the previous website had not done, to give parents more peace of mind and trust when sending their children to VCN World.

Design direction

MONA.Media chose the Quicksand font, a soft, playful sans-serif that is still very simple and easy to read. In particular, it works well with 3D lettering and suits the children's mindset as well as the style of the whole website.

In addition, MONA used the brand colors for backgrounds and accent elements such as number boxes and CTAs to make the brand more recognizable.

The challenge of this project was how to create a beautiful, distinctive preschool website that lets visitors get all the information they need as quickly as possible. Through in-depth research and a clear understanding of VCN World, of what parents want and of the client's mindset, we designed a website that our client VCN was very happy with.
