Nhập Hàng Taobao
China - Vietnam shipping and ordering system

Nhập Hàng Taobao runs a two-way shipping system between China and Vietnam and keeps raising its service standards to serve customers better every day. It is also one of the leading brands using Mona Software's end-to-end service.

Project challenges

The business's old website was outdated, its structure was not SEO-friendly and it lacked features…
Offers a wide range of services (purchasing agent, payment on the customer's behalf, freight shipping,…)
A large customer base that traditional management methods could no longer handle.
There was no management system. Work was tracked the old way, in Excel and third-party software that didn't sync, which was inefficient and cost money, time and staff.

Solutions

Mona recommended an end-to-end solution for Nhập hàng Taobao, including:

A company and ordering website with a custom interface
Ordering tool (extension)
Proxy purchasing software
Shipping management software
Proxy payment management software
Customer management system
