Gilroy is a modern sans serif, derived from the original Qanelas typeface. It has 20 weights, 10 upright styles and matching italics. The typeface is easy to follow, simple and well suited to scientific research.

In addition, we combined brand colours such as blue and yellow to strengthen recognition.

Optimising the website user experience with attractive effects and beautiful images

Science often makes people think of something rigid and boring. To change that, we used a variety of hover effects, sliders and large images and videos to create a more engaging experience on the website.

UI Design

Every design element, layout, effect, image and colour was used skilfully and harmoniously by MONA's designers to give users an enjoyable experience instead of the stiffness of typical science websites.
