BS GROUP

BS Group is an event organization and production company in Ho Chi Minh City that works with many major Vietnamese and international brands such as PNJ, Perfetti Van Melle, Organon and Circle K. For an event agency, the website's job is not to list services but to let visitors feel the atmosphere of an event night as soon as they open the page. MONA designed the BS Group website in exactly that spirit: a dark background, stage lighting, and real videos of each event type playing right on the home page.

The home page is a stage
not a flyer

Most of BS Group's clients are large companies looking for an organizer for a year-end party, kick-off, grand opening or conference. These clients don't read much, they look. They need to see the stage scale, lighting quality and staging right away to know whether this company can handle their program.

So the home page was built as a single experience block: a list of eight event types runs down the left side, and hovering over a type instantly switches the large frame in the middle to a real video of that type, from M.I.C.E, Incentives & Party and Ceremony Event to Festival & Concert and Stage Production. Visitors pick what they care about and see the proof within a second, without clicking through four or five pages.

The whole interface uses a black tone with blue stage light, matching the brand's identity colors, so the event images are always the most prominent thing on screen.

Interface highlights

The project page is where MONA invested the most. BS Group has organized events for clients in 19 different industries, from pharmaceuticals, FMCG and technology to real estate and finance, so the filter lets clients pick their own industry and see similar programs. There is also a newest or oldest sort option, so visitors can see both the depth of experience and the projects that just wrapped up.

The about page takes a different approach: years of experience, number of clients and number of events organized sit at the top of the page to answer the question of scale, followed by four advantages of working with BS and the values Technology – Creativity – Art – Excellent Execution.
