KNIC – KN INDUSTRIAL CITY

KNIC is the industrial park brand of KN Holdings, developing two projects of a thousand hectares each near Long Thanh International Airport, focused on high-tech industry, smart logistics and green manufacturing. The website's readers are the leadership and project development teams of foreign corporations choosing where to build a factory in Vietnam. MONA designed the website so this group finds all the facts they need to decide without having to email for more.

A website written for people
comparing several industrial parks at once

Foreign companies choosing a factory site usually weigh several industrial parks at the same time, and they weigh very specific facts: how far it is to the airport and the port, whether the ground needs deep foundation reinforcement, until what year the land rent exemptions and reductions last, and where the workforce comes from.

MONA laid out the pages in exactly the order of those questions. The Why Invest page is split into separate blocks for location and connectivity, ground conditions, design based on the eco-industrial park framework, long-term cost advantages, workforce and the service ecosystem, plus investment procedure support. Each block states the figures directly, such as travel time to Long Thanh Airport, to Cai Mep – Thi Vai port and to central Ho Chi Minh City, so readers can quickly compare with other options.

The website runs in five languages, English, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese and Korean, matching the markets KNIC is inviting investment from.

The home page, about page, two sub-project pages and sustainability page share a set of aerial photos and data tables, keeping the tone of an investment dossier instead of an advertisement.

Interface highlights

The two projects, KNIC Nam Long Thành and KNIC Đông Long Thành, have separate pages, each stating its scale, priority industries and accompanying infrastructure, because investors usually care about only one of the two depending on their industry.

The sustainability page presents the direction based on UNIDO's eco-industrial park framework, along with solar power, energy storage and wastewater reuse. Corporations with emissions commitments read this part very closely, so it sits on the same level as the project pages instead of being tucked inside the about section.
