Nguồn Hàng Tận Gốc
China - Vietnam shipping and ordering system

Nguồn Hàng Tận Gốc leads the way with its own standard system for serving customers who order on their behalf from Chinese e-commerce sites. It is also a leading brand using the full-package service at Mona Software.

Project challenges

Already had a website:

The business's old website was outdated, its structure was not SEO-friendly and it lacked features…
Offers a wide range of services (purchasing on behalf, paying on behalf, freight shipping,…)
A large customer base, where traditional management methods no longer work.
There was no management system; things were managed the traditional way with Excel and third-party software,… not synchronized, inefficient, and costly in money, time and staff.

Solutions

Mona recommended a full-package solution for Nguồn Hàng Tận Gốc, including:

A company website with all modules, SEO-compliant and responsive
Log in/sign up
Ordering extension 5.6
Pastelink ordering integration & mobile-friendly
Account feature for managing orders
Notifications via email, SMS, Messenger and Zalo
E-wallet and income/expense management
Product search by image and Vietnamese text
