Cẩm Thạch Company
A leading, trusted China – Vietnam goods trading service

Cẩm Thạch Company is an efficient import solution for customers, with a wide range of goods at very low prices. It is also a typical brand using the full-package service at Mona Software.

Project challenges

Already had a website:

The company's old website was outdated, its structure was not SEO-compliant, it lacked many features and did not work well across devices
Offers a wide range of services (purchasing on behalf, paying on behalf, freight shipping,…)
A large customer base, where traditional management methods no longer work.
The website had no management system and relied on outside software, making data hard to sync

Solutions

Mona recommended a full-package solution to Cẩm Thạch Company, including:

An introduction & ordering website with a custom interface
Purchasing agent software integrated with the website
Customer management system
A company website with all modules, SEO-compliant and responsive
Fast order management
Notifications via email, SMS, Messenger and Zalo
E-wallet and income/expense management
