Purpose and scope of information collection
Personal information of members may be used by us for the following legitimate purposes:
– Used to confirm order when the customer needs to buy any product on the website
– Used in sending announcements, implementing advertising programs, PR for new services used on the website
– Providing information about services by email,

Use our Services

Modification and termination of our Services
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove features or features, and we may also suspend or stop a Service altogether.
You may stop using our Services at any time, although we will regret that you no longer use our Services. Mona Media may also stop providing the Services to you or add or create new limits for our Services at any time.
We believe that you own your data and that it is important to preserve your access to that data. If we stop a Service, when feasible and reasonable, we will provide you with reasonable notice and the opportunity to remove information from the Service.
Regulations and forms of payment
For Mona Media’s contracts, we will deposit 50% of the contract value to cover the costs of the project. At the end of the project we will get 50% of the remaining amount of the customer specified in the contract.
Every receipt from Mona Media has a full receipt that creates trust for the customer.
For extra services out of contract we will exchange with you and will pay only once after the project has completed.
Warranty / maintenance policy
All Mona Media products are warranted for 12 months from the date of delivery. We only warrant the error arising from our side as the error code, unrelated errors we will point out the correct way for customers.
In terms of web design services we offer our customers one year of free hosting so during the first year of use, if there is a problem with the hosting service we provide we will fix it. for you. After the expiration of a one year period if you do not wish to use our hosted services, any errors relating to the outside host services are not liable.
The warranty period is 24 hours from the time you receive information from customers excluding Tet holidays. All information we contact through email, or online chat tools.
